We have been helping foreign customers for the past seven years and have sold approximately 500 buildings.
Application conditions
1. Those with permanent residency
2. Part-time or casual work is OK
3. Those with employment period of 1 month or more
3. Those with past loan accidents, overdue mobile phone payments, or outstanding payments are not eligible

4. Those without permanent residency have conditions
(1) Full-time employee
(2) One spouse has permanent residency or is Japanese
(3) Employment period of 2 years or more
(4) (In case of direct bank financing) Full-time employee with 10% to 20% of the home purchase cost in his/her own funds

Handing over of the house
The house can be delivered in about 40 days at the earliest.
People without permanent residency may be able to apply under certain conditions.

3. Employment period of 2 years or more
4. Direct loan: Full-time employees who have their own funds of 10% to 20% of the purchase price
